1 - 3 Days is the estimated time of recieving your order once it has been completed and shipped. It takes about 1 - 2 weeks to complete your portrait. Once it has been shipped you will receive an email. I cannot be held accountable for lost orders during the shipping process. If you do not recieve your package please let me know!

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Custom pet portraits take hours to complete. Because of this, I cannot provide refunds on custom portraits. Please contact me if there are problems with your order!
